• Alert-Hub.Org offers the cloud-based  CAP Editor freeware, in operational use by 47 countries in 33 languages. CAP Editor is initialized for 385 alerting authorities across 206 countries/territories, as seen at https://cap.alert-hub.org. Anyone can try out the CAP Editor by logging in as "Guest". Actual publishing of alerts is only by persons in password-protected roles, as designated by the head of the alerting authority.

• The AlertWise CAP publishing freeware (aka CMS ClimWeb, CAP Composer) was funded by NORCAP and is being promoted by the WMO Regional Office for Africa. It is in operational use by 25 countries, all in Africa.
