• Alert-Hub.Org offers the cloud-based  CAP Editor freeware, in operational use by 50 countries in 33 languages. CAP Editor is initialized for 385 alerting authorities across 206 countries/territories, as seen at https://cap.alert-hub.org. Anyone can try out the CAP Editor by logging in as "Guest". Actual publishing of alerts is only by persons in password-protected roles, as designated by the head of the alerting authority.

• The AlertWise CAP publishing freeware (aka CMS ClimWeb, CAP Composer) was funded by NORCAP and is being promoted for Africa especially.
